Before you book

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a weekend date, and longer in spring and early summer when Saturdays fill first. If your date is close, call us — we often have a unit free and can confirm the same day.

Grass, concrete, asphalt and turf. Water slides go on grass or turf only. On hard surfaces we weight the unit instead of staking it, so nothing is drilled into your driveway.

Each unit needs a standard 20A outlet within about 100 feet. If the site has no power — a park, an open lot — add a 3500W generator and we bring everything needed.

Every unit is washed and sanitised between events, not at the end of the season. Water slides are rinsed and dried before they go back on the truck.

Cancel outside the cancellation window and your deposit is returned in full. Inside that window the deposit is held, and we will move your booking to another date at no charge if the weather turns.

Yes, a deposit holds your date. The balance is due at setup for cash bookings, or charged in full at checkout when you pay by card.

Delivery, setup and takedown are included inside our free delivery radius. Beyond it we add a per-mile fee on the extra distance only, and you will see the figure before you pay.

Yes, and it is free for churches, schools, HOAs and city parks. Ask for it during booking and name the organisation to be listed — we will have it issued before your event.
